For over 25 years, I have helped English language teachers develop their skills and confidence, with a special focus on teaching adult ESOL learners who have little or no literacy in any language. I am passionate about bridging the gap between research and classroom practice, ensuring every teacher feels equipped to make a real difference in their learners’ lives.

I have delivered ESOL teacher training across the UK and internationally, specialising in evidence-based approaches that support learners with low literacy levels.
